Backups and restores

We take daily offsite backups of your hosting, included on every plan.

To restore:

1. Sign in to your control panel.
2. Open Backups and pick the date you need.
3. Restore the whole site, or download the archive to recover individual files.

Backups are kept on a rolling window. If you need a copy from further back, open a ticket and we will see what we can retrieve.
