Setting up email on your phone or computer

Last updated 25 Oct 2026 · In Email

Use the settings below in any mail app (Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, the Gmail app, and so on). Your control panel shows the exact server name for your domain — it is usually mail.<your-domain>.

  • Incoming (IMAP): your mail server, port 993, SSL/TLS on
  • Outgoing (SMTP): your mail server, port 465 (SSL) or 587 (STARTTLS)
  • Username: your full email address
  • Password: the mailbox password

Most apps also handle automatic setup — enter your address and password and they configure themselves.

If sending fails, make sure the outgoing server requires authentication and uses the same username and password.
