Understanding your invoices

Every charge lives on an invoice. Invoices lists them with their status.

Open one to see the Invoice No, Invoice Date, Due Date, Bill To, the Item(s) and quantities, Subtotal, tax and Total, plus any Transactions already applied.

• Download PDF for a copy to file.
• Payment Pending means a payment is being processed; Paid means it's settled.

A Proforma Invoice is a preview issued before the real invoice — nothing to do until it becomes due.
