Cancelling a service

1. Open Services and choose the service.
2. Click Cancel.
3. Choose Cancel immediate or Cancel at the end of the billing period, add an optional reason, and confirm.

End of period (the usual choice) keeps everything running until the time you've already paid for runs out, then stops it. Immediate ends it right away.

Before you cancel, download anything you want to keep — files, databases and email are removed with the service.

Changed your mind? Open a ticket and we'll do what we can if the service hasn't been terminated yet.
