Renewing your hosting

Hosting is pay-first — we never charge you automatically. Before each renewal we email an invoice, and the service renews when you pay it.

1. Open Invoices (or the link in the reminder email).
2. Open the invoice and click Pay Now.
3. Once it's paid, the service's Renews on date moves forward automatically.

To pay without lifting a finger next time, save a payment method (see Saved payment methods) and set it as the service's billing agreement — then renewal invoices are paid automatically.

If a service does lapse, open a ticket and we'll help you get it back.
